Project highlights:

Conference Rental provided and installed a Silent PA system with infrared audio distribution equipment in an 85,000 square feet ballroom with 5 separate theatres. As attendees walked from theatre-to-theatre, their receivers automatically picked up the audio source from the closest theatre, therefore avoiding audio bleed from competing audio.

Additionally, Conference Rental provide a portable tour-guide system for booth-to-booth demonstrations during cocktail periods, so that presenters of each booth don't need to shout over the ambient room noise.
