The Avaya Agile Communication Environment™ open and extensible IP telephony platform can be deployed as an IP PBX or feature server supporting a SIP-only environment or as an evolution server supporting both SIP and non-SIP environments. Communication Manager provides 700+ PBX features, high reliability and scalability, advanced features for productivity and mobility. Built-in capabilities include conferencing and contact center applications. A wide range of servers, gateways, and analog, digital, and IP-based communication devices is supported. Delivering communications-enabled business applications and processes easily and rapidly. Most business processes suffer inefficiencies due to poor real-time collaboration. For instance, consider delay between onset of a critical business event and time spent notifying and bringing together appropriate personnel to respond. This lag time persists because business applications and real-time communications networks tend to be disjointed.
