The NTSWG has issued Certification Number CNSS-B-11-2010 approving Type Accepting for the Avaya IP Phone 9620L-PDB as a Class B device. The phone has four soft keys and 12 administrable buttons. It enables the presentation of converged voice and data applications, leveraging an integrated high-resolution graphical, eight-level grayscale display. Deployment is supported on multiple Avaya communication servers including the Avaya Aura® Platform and the Avaya IP Office™ Platform. This set uses standards-based signaling encryption with Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit. The 9620L-PDB set supports both the SIP and H.323 protocol.
