The Voting and Card Panel has the same functionality as the voting panel DCN-FV with the addition of an ID card reader. The ID card reader enables identification of delegates to the DCN Next Generation system, as well as providing a convenient facility that ensures only authorized delegates can participate in voting sessions or general conference proceedings such as microphone use.
