These 18 AWG power cords have a patented locking IEC connector on one end and a standardEdison plug on the other end. The locking IEC connector has an internal mechanism that grabs the ground pin on the equipmentand prevents the plug from coming out. To release, just pull the red tab and the plug comes right out. Great for touring racks, fly-packs, broadcast trucks or any place where vibration is an issue or critical equipment is used.
